Due to the ever increasing frustration I have with WordPress and the inability this site has to maintain comments and add simple things easily like images, I have decided to expand this website and join up at Ning, so that it’s easier to interact with people who read this blog all the time, and follow what I’m doing on Twitter, Facebook and other various places.

The purpose of the ACM group on Ning is for anyone who wants to join, to do so and then interact and share their points of view on whatever subjects are being discussed. Differing opinions welcome, but not personal attacks. Those people will be removed.

Walid Shoebat is a former Muslim terrorist and now a staunch advocate for the Lord Jesus Christ. Today I had the opportunity to interview Walid about his latest book God’s War on Terror : Islam, Bible Prophecy and the Bible.

In our interview we discussed his thoughts on Obama and his Muslim roots, whether or not there are terror cells in America, sharia law, the abuse of women and of course the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This is by far one of the most interesting shows I have ever done. And I highly recommend getting a copy of Walid’s book God’s War on Terror, it’s eye opening and it will make you think.

A few months ago I had the unfortunate experience of personally being called a heretic by a so called online “discernment” ministry called Slice of Laodicea. You may have heard of this “ministry” because they have made it their mission to attack anyone who calls themselves a Christian and doesn’t line up perfectly with their belief system. Sadly, one very biblical man by the name of Richard Abanes has been on the receiving end of hate mail, vicious attacks and slander from the one of the founders of Slice of Laodicea by the name of Ingrid Schlueter. Ingrid thinks that she holds the key to biblical discernment, but all she does is truly lack love and grace towards fellow believers.

With that said, recently Richard Abanes wrote a stellar article that anyone who reads Slice of Laodicea or other so called discernment ministries, should read. Richard states the truth, clearly and biblically and his words should be heeded.

He starts his article this way…

We live in an era of too much information; an era wherein anyone/everyone can post whatever they want to post on the Internet—unchecked, unverified, unaccountable, unhindered, and unstoppable. Rumors, gossip, baseless accusations, outright lies, fear-mongering, hate rhetoric, hoaxes, slander/libel, and false information now litter the Internet.

So today’s word of advise from me to all of you is: BE CAREFUL!!!

Most tragic is how so-called “Christians” are contributing to this proliferation of misinformation and disinformation throughout cyberspace. It’s almost beyond belief that individuals supposedly indwelt by the Holy Spirit could be partakers of such activity. But the facts show that a significant number of “Christian” blogs & websites have indeed become dedicated to attacking others; more specifically, dedicated to attacking other Christians!
