Dr. Dobson Outraged At CA Supreme Court Ruling

Dr. James Dobson, founder and chairman of Focus on the Family, is outraged by the court’s blatant disregard for marriage and the voters of California.
“The will of the people has now arrogantly been declared null and void,” he said. “In so doing, the justices have undermined and endangered the basic building block of society, which has been honored and preserved in every nation on earth through most of human history.”
The very same thing happened here in Colorado. We voted against special rights for gays and the supreme court over ruled it which technically, they have no right to do. So my question is, if someone defies an illegal ruling made by the supreme court, are breaking or upholding the law?
Also, Boston legal was very good the other day a week or two ago. One of the characters went off on the supreme court. I was practically cheering!
