Yesterday I heard the sound for this clip on a radio program, and after hearing it I knew I had to find the video and post it. Well, ladies and gentlemen, here is an example of a few people who are seriously developmentally delayed and really need to spend some time in lock up. As usual, Condi remained composed. And while I do not agree with everything our Secretary of State does, to be confronted with such a childish and immature stunt is outrageous. If this doesn’t show that Code Pink members are crazy loons, I’m not sure what will.

This is a plea to all my atheist friends in the blogosphere. In case you haven’t heard the state of California is burning and I was wondering how many of you and your atheistic organizations are going to offer help.

I know that you think that the churches should sell their property and give it to the poor. So I’m wondering now that everyone has a chance to help with this disaster where all the atheistic organizations are that are raising millions of dollars to help, sending aid and comfort, offering prayer (oh wait, nix that part) and well…doing something helpful.

Feel free to share your atheistic organizations with me so I can track what you’re doing to offer help.

As of the time of this writing the American Atheists website doesn’t show any support for the victims of the fires, and neither does their blog NoGodBlog.com

Meanwhile the Christian organizations are rising up (as usual) and offering ton of aid and comfort. So if you want to help, feel free to donate your help, or money to some of these organizations.

And as you know, I could list a lot more where this came from. So again, my atheist friends, where are the headlines that read “Atheists bring relief to California Wildfire Victims”? OH…wait…..

Maybe Ellen Johnson, the President of American Atheists hasn’t figured out that the fires are happening. Then maybe again, she has, and doesn’t care.

I’ll be watching for a Press Release from her to see what the American Atheists are going to do to step up and help. I’ll post it when it appears.

News Release: Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee Offers Words of Comfort to Victims of the California Wildfires

Little Rock, AR – Presidential Candidate and Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee has issued the following statement in response to the deadly wildfires in California:

“I offer my thoughts and prayers to the people affected by the fires in California and to the firefighters and volunteers who are risking their lives to fight the blaze. The images of flames devouring homes and wreaking havoc on people’s lives are just heart-breaking. I join President Bush and Gov. Schwarzenegger in reminding those who have been displaced that they are not alone and the people of this great country will do what we can to help them rebuild. This is an instance when government, both state and federal, should play a major role to assist the residents of the Golden State.”
