Over the weekend I had the privilege of interviewing Judge Charles Pickering at the Restore America Conference that took place in Tualatin, Oregon.
In our half an hour Judge Pickering talks about the problem with activist judges and offers a few solutions as to how we can change the process of confirmation for judges. We also discuss his experience as a Christian.
Judge Pickering is also the author of the book Supreme Chaos.
