Special Election Coverage: Senator Rick Santorum Loses His Seat">Special Election Coverage: Senator Rick Santorum Loses His Seat

Sen_rick_santorum_2
I was hoping that Senator Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania would keep his Senate seat, but it looks like it’s official and has lost to Bob Casey.  This is a very sad day for the defense of the unborn because Rick was the most outspoken voice for the pro-life movement in the Senate.

The good news is that the Lord knew this would happen, and maybe He’s got better and greater plans for Rick and his family.  All I can say is "Well done Rick!  Your reward will be great in heaven!"

The gay activists are rejoicing….check out John’s blog.

Special Election Coverage: Will California Pass Parental Notification?">Special Election Coverage: Will California Pass Parental Notification?

This is an extremely common sense piece of legislation that I am praying will pass overwhelmingly. Of course the measure is here in California, so there’s not guarantee that it will pass. The feminists at Planned Parenthood have been campaigning hard for the right of children to get abortions without their parents knowing about it. I hope we are surprised and see this measure passed because all girls who are pregnant should be telling their parents and getting their permission and support. Planned Parenthood did nothing but use fear mongering in their promotion tactics citing that girls will be afraid to tell an abusive parent. Well, in my world, most parents aren’t abusive and this measure needs to pass.

Read the measure and what it says that we are voting on here in California.

California | Proposition 85: Parental Notification
Proposed amendment to the California Constitution would prohibit abortion for a minor until 48 hours after a physician notifies her parent or legal guardian, except in cases of medical emergency or a parental waiver.

Special Election Coverage: Bans On Same Sex Marriages are Passing!">Special Election Coverage: Bans On Same Sex Marriages are Passing!

I will be updating these races as they come in! Meanwhile Praise the Lord for His mercy and grace because people understand marriage is one man and one woman!

RingAs you know the definition of traditional marriage is under attack and there are numerous states who have had to put on their ballots measures that say in black and white that marriage is defined as a man and a woman.  So far 20 states have passed these measures and tonight is no different.

So far the media is reporting that

The following are 8 states that have this issue on their ballots:

Arizona | Proposition 107: Ban Same-Sex Marriage - polls have not yet closed

Colorado | Amendment 43: Ban Same-Sex Marriage - no results yet

Idaho   Amendment 2: Ban Same-Sex Marriage

South Carolina | Amendment 1: Ban Same-Sex Marriage - BANNED! :)

South Dakota | Amendment C: Ban Same-Sex Marriage  - This state is especially critical, as people are saying that it may not pass in this state.

Tennessee | Amendment 1: Ban Same-Sex Marriage

- BANNED ! :)

Virginia | Ballot Question 1: Ban Same-Sex Marriage - BANNED! :)

Wisconsin | Referendum 1: Ban Same-Sex Marriage
