One of my favorite legal ministries is The Liberty Counsel and they have put together a “naughty or nice” pdf document that cites the places that are for or against saying Merry Christmas.

Here are the places you do not want to shop because they are not mentioning Christmas.

Barnes and Noble (however I did buy almost $500 worth of gift certificates there and the guy did tell me Merry Christmas even though employees aren’t allowed to say it - and he said it first)
