Last night I went to see the new movie produced and written by Steve Taylor, and starring Michael W. Smith and Jeff Obafemi Carr called The Second Chance, and it was outstanding!
This movie is a must see movie for every Christian and Pastor. An excellent story, production and acting, I think this movie is one of the best movies I’ve seen in the last year.
Jeff Obafemi Carr who plays Jake Sanders of The Second Chance church is an awesome actor, with the charisma of Denzel Washington and the talent to follow. His acting throughout the movie was not only moving, but convincing.
The story is extremely powerful and much needed for the day. Dealing with racism, church consumerism and power, and ultimately depicting love between brothers of all colors.
This is a MUST SEE movie for everyone! Please take your families and friends to see it this weekend. If it does well this weekend, it will be given a larger release.
