Missing Boswell

Once in awhile I think it’s good to share something personal…so today I thought I’d share with you that my beloved cat Boswell has gone missing.  I’ve had Boswell for over 12 years, and he was the first pet my husband and I got together.  We saw him sitting in a cage named Tuesday, and thought he was the cutest thing, so we got him, and named him Boswell.

Boswell was totally an indoor pet, so this is in part why it’s so difficult for me to have him missing.  I got home the other night from work, and found that my dogs had been sick.  They had barfed and deficated all over the kitchen floor, so while my husband and I were cleaning up the mess, we had to go outdoors and rinse off their beds.

Well…the door was open and Boswell got out.  That in itself is okay, because normally he only goes to the sidewalk and rolls around on it and then comes back in.  But it was different this time.  When I went to bed on Thursday night, I knew he was gone.  The next morning there was no sign of him inside, and so the search has started.  Here are a few pictures… you can click the image for a larger picture.

Lord of the Beans

A few days ago I made contact with Big Idea, the promoters of Veggie Tales, because I love Veggie Tales…. seriously who doesn’t love them? How can you not love Larry the Cucumber and Bob the Tomato? I don’t think it’s possible.

Regardless, I had heard about their new DVD release Lord of the Beans and wanted to do an interview with Mr. Cucumber himself. Rumor has it, that will happen in the future.

In the meantime, YOU have to get this movie – especially if you like Lord of the Rings. I’ll have more later…in the meantime, if you have any questions for Larry…ask away and we’ll see what we can do :)

Twila Paris – “He is Exalted”

In keeping with Proverbs 27:2 – “Let another praise you, and not your own mouth; A stranger and not your own lips.”

One of my absolute favorite worshippers of all time is Twila Paris. I love her music, her heart for missions and her testimony of faithfulness.

And she has a brand new worship album just released a few months ago, from her new label Integrity Music.

Take a listen to some of the songs – in their entirety – at her jukebox on her site.
