Exclusive Interview with Peter Schweizer - Do As I Say, Not As I Do

As promised a few days ago I have the interview I did with Peter Schweizer now available for you to listen to.

I would like to thank Peter again for taking the time out of his busy schedule to speak with Mind & Media and also congratulate him on the great success of his new book. Peter holds a special place in my heart because he was the first “big name” interview I did with Mind & Media.

So sit back, take a sip of your coffee or soda and listen in as Peter discusses with me his new best selling book, Do As I Say, Not As I Do: Profiles In Liberal Hypocrisy!

Does Cindy Sheehan Need Mind & Media…?

Today I read this story about Cindy Sheehan’s recent book signing in Texas. In case you didn’t know she has a new book out called Not One More Mother’s Child which talks about her experiences since her son Casey died in the line of duty.

Apparently at her book signing there weren’t really any takers. This got me thinking about how Mind & Media could possibly help her with some online publicity. So if anyone out there knows Cindy and knows if she’d like to donate some books for my reviewers to review, then maybe she’ll be able to sell a few more. Just email me at mindandmedia@gmail.com Currently her book is at 9660 in Amazon sales. In comparison to Michelle Malkin’s book Unhinged which is at 226.

P.S. In the interest of disclosure I do not personally support anything Cindy does and this offer is made in the interest of bipartisianship. :)

The Word on the Street

A few weeks ago when I interviewed author Robin Lee Hatcher she mentioned to me that she really liked Rob Lacey’s book The Word on the Street - so I bought a copy and I received it yesterday.

After spending a few moments in this book I absolutely LOVED it! Here’s one passage from Psalm 139:14 that I really enjoyed…

“God, I’m amazing! The credit’s down to you;
I’m incredible: nothing to edit or review!
Everything you do fills up our wonder-tanks,
And I know I’m wonder full. So thanks!”

This book isn’t a translation of the Bible, but it is written with the desire to get people reading the Bible. Lacey has cleverly written parts of this book and refers to them as email letters, songs etc.

He wrote this book while he was going through a battle with terminal cancer. Get it today if you’d like a fresh view of the Word.

Must Read: Deadlock by James Scott Bell

A few days ago I received a copy of James Scott Bell’s book Deadlock and I am absolutely LOVING this book. James graciously offered to give me a copy of this book to give away to our next reviewer who wins our reviewer post contest and I’m telling you that whoever wins this book will be one blessed person!

Deadlock is a fast paced fiction novel that is about a Supreme Court Justice who is an atheist who is about to encounter the God of truth and justice she has sworn to uphold.

And I’m not saying another word about what this book is about because I want you to go out and buy this book and read it yourself. If you love law, God and ethical and moral dilemma, you’ll love this book.

Here are a few links to buy it. (And no I’m not getting any money as a result!) :)
